I didn't come to yoga or meditation because I had it all figured out. I came because I was looking for a way to stay connected to myself when everything else felt chaotic. What started as a personal practice and showing up on the mat to restore balance from the hustle of running a marketing company and chasing life at full speed, eventually became something deeper. Yoga wasn't just movement. Meditation wasn't just stillness. They were tools for coming home to myself, again and again, no matter what life threw at me.

And life threw a lot. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Wild Heart Yoga in 2019, thinking I'd deepen my personal practice. Instead, I found a calling. I loved the moments in training where we learned how we could help someone find their breath again, feel their body as something strong instead of something to fight, or discover that peace isn't about perfection, it's about presence.

So I kept going. Because once you're in it, how can you not? I enrolled in my 300-hour training with My Vinyasa Practice during the COVID-19 pandemic, the whirlwind of uncertainty, isolation, and collective grief. It was one of the hardest times to pursue anything. But those months reinforced what I already knew: proper breathing, meditation, and a body that remembers its own resilience can carry us through the hardest things.

Then life handed me another plot twist: I got pregnant. Surprise doesn't even cover it. But becoming a mother, navigating pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum fog, showed me why this work matters so deeply. I pursued my Prenatal Yoga Certification while growing a human, and later added certifications in Mindfulness Coaching and Meditation Teacher Training because I needed these tools to survive early motherhood. And if I needed them, I knew other mothers did too.

Now I'm navigating toddlerhood, pregnant for the second time at 43(!), and completing Yoga of 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR) training, continuing to show up as a forever student because the practice never ends. It just evolves.

What I Believe

Mindfulness isn't about achieving some zen state. It's about staying connected to yourself through the hardest, most transformative moments, experiences, days of your life.
Meditation isn't something you master. It's something you return to, imperfectly, again and again.
Yoga isn't about the perfect pose. It's about learning to be present in your body, and acknowledge a relationship and what it represents, even when your body has changed, even when life feels unrecognizable.

I create practices for people who don't have time to meditate. Mindfulness tools for people who are too tired for traditional wellness advice. Realistic resources for the real, messy middle of life: motherhood, recovery, sobriety, transformation.

No fluff. No guilt. No toxic positivity. Just presence, exactly where you are.

My Approach

I specialize in teaching people how to come back to themselves when everything around them is changing.
Whether it's through:

  • Yoga (Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, Prenatal, Trauma-Informed)

  • Yoga Nidra (deep rest and nervous system regulation)

  • Meditation (guided practices for beginners and seasoned practitioners)

  • Mindfulness Coaching (one-on-one support for navigating transitions)

My work is grounded in the understanding that you are already whole. You don't need to fix yourself. You just need tools to remember who you are beneath the noise, the exhaustion, the overwhelm.

I meet you where you are. Tired, struggling, uncertain…and help you find your way back to yourself.

Who This Work Is For

New mothers navigating the fourth trimester and beyond
People in recovery learning to be present without numbing
Anyone in transition who feels like they've lost themselves
Forever students who know the practice never ends
Humans who are tired of wellness culture bullshit and want real, grounded tools

If you're here, you're probably going through something hard. Or you've been through something hard and you're trying to integrate it. Or you're just trying to stay connected to yourself in a world that's constantly pulling you away from yourself. I get it. I've been there. I'm still there some days. And that's exactly why this work matters.
